In our everyday life we are under tremendous psychical pressure. That way your mind can rest for a while. Cleaning is a natural process and by doing it you archive a state of balance and inner peace. It doesn’t matter that everything was cleaned just a few hours ago by the cleaning technicians. Don’t forget to open the window, fresh air helps too.
